It finally rained, big rain. Got to chance to practice out in a nice cool weather, with no mosquitoes.
Waken up by the mosquitoes last night, got up and practiced, when I found out I already climbed back to bed and ready to continue the sleep.. I smiled.
Enjoy a lot practicing in the swimming pool. It’s mostly lying on my back.. the body can really twist freely.. ha. Any one tried it?
Almost do not sit on the chair now. Like to sit on the floor while watching TV, or reading outside. I'll start the massage on the foot, or rubbing the back againt the pillar.. etc.
Found out what I have on my fingures is not gout, but arthritis. Much minor. :)
