Went canyoneering 溯溪. Found I got few bruises on my right leg knee area from hitting the rock while floating down the stream. I did start to cure the bruise when it is close to the end of the practice. As I look at it right now, the blue color is turned into red and spread wider.

One of my friend went for iron man racing along the Lau Nong creek. He had trouble walking on the stairs. The canyoneering did make it better but still having problem with the stairs. Somehow he practiced the first time for one hour last night after the exchange of ideas at dinner table. He said he was much better this morning. Really wish more people will experence it and continue the practicing.

I am having sleeping problems these days again. Too bad :hammer:
Wish this won't happen too often.

The gout problem on my right hand pinky was never cured and some stretching on this finger was on going. I tried to initiate the finger stretching during driving and this works well.

The practicing in the morning is always wonderful. I've given up the yoga class at night and stopped subscribing the newspaper but still need to go swimming in the morning once in a while to keep in shape for the soon to come Sun Moon Lake swimming. It's always a struggle of either doing the qi gong or go swimming. The hours for qi gong is also too short, I have to remind IT to do the automatic closing every time. Need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier.

After a whole day's travel to Taipei for high school and college reunions, what I want to do the most is to do the practice of gong to get rid of the tiredness and restore the energy. I looked at the mirror after the two hours practicing and was happy about the refreshed look.

My sleeping problem has improved and was quite good these days.

The morning sun is very good. I will walk into the sunlight and let it shine for few seconds. I feel the bone is kind of dissolving in the sun, very soothing. The body will then turn around to let every inch of the skin to get some sunshine, then hide into the tree shadow again. When I practice in the balcony in the morning, the sun is mostly blocked by the building, but I will try very hard to walk to two corners to get the sunlight. I will go and check many times if the sunlight is hidden behind the cloud during the practice. Interesting.

I am getting bad allergy on the neck area because of using the newly ordered hair dying material. It was claimed to be 100% natual, but apparently it's not. This self developed gong is also curing it. haha..

I am being better in relaxing the mustle at any time now.

I felt I am walking with good strength on the right leg this morning. I am so happy! It’s hard to imagine the pinching on the foot skin can help waking up the nerve and strengthen the power. I am imaging to be able to walk more normal in the future.

This practice also helps me to be able to sustain this hot weather better. I am not sure why, but I do stay outside more often and do not feel comfortable to stay in air-conditioned room too long.

Went for the regular physical check this morning. Took the x-ray on the chest as usual. I asked the doctor to compare the x-ray with last year. My curved spine problem has improved!!! :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:

The somewhat S-shaped curve is less serious now.. I am so happy and told the doctor what I am practicing at this time. She encouraged me to go on practicing.

I spent quite a lot of time on my back, lying on the ground and stretch the body by raising two hands over the head or some kind of body movements. It's hard to describe, I did sense that this is somewhat related to my spine problem and was curing it.

I still have problem with the sleeping nowadays once in a while. But whenever I do, I do the practicing in bed and thus do not feel tired in the day time at work. I do miss the good sleeping pattern though.

The two diaries inpired me the most these months are: 受傷的開始 and 海洋練功日記. There is no place for me to leave the notes there to express my thanks in their diaries. So I am stating it here.. THANKS.

Rained a lot. It's good to have the weather cooled down.

My high school friend's family came visiting and the whole family were practicing with me in the yard. Both she and her son had no problem starting. This is the first time I see young people started the circling right away.
I should send the related information to them soon. I am using all the chances to tell people about this good news.

My 89 years old mother in law still practices once in a while. Standing there will mild moving back and forth is the only actions I have ever seen. Her hunchback problem is improving. Again anyone can practice this gong and the actions will not go beyong what they can take.

Took me almost three days to heal the headache problem. I didn't have enough time for practice and had to cut short. It was finally cured.

Whever I change the position from standing to lying on the ground, the action is quick and accurate. I am using the mat these days due to the wet ground. My body will be on the mat and the head will always be on the grass. Hands and legs will stretch out to reach the grass.

The foot massage is on going. Spent quite sometime in pinching the edge of the bottom of my right foot. Now it expanded to the whole sole. I learned some area are close to dead and I have confidence that it is waking up gradually.

Went out to walk in the field. Lots of egrets in one place. The flock flew away when the rain started. I think I saw one lying on the ground without moving. Maybe it's dead. What can we do? This is nature. I tried not to let this affect me too much. Tried to let the qi to lead me in this country road. However, the rain got too heavy and I got quite wet even with the umbrella. Had to hurry home.

I was sitting on the floor, put the book on a small bench and started reading. Peace and quiet. My hands started moving and I was forced to lean back on the floor and started the practice. Oh, well.. although I am the kind of person like to interact with people and having fun, but since there is nothing else to do and this should help with the health and spiris, just do it then. Same situation happend on Saturday. Since there is no time pressure, I got real relaxed and it's been a long time I didn't have this type of good streating of yoga movements. The floor is hard, the touching on the ground of some part of the head, forehead, around the eyes, 太陽穴, etc. makes it real hurt. I would kind of crying for help but felt good afterwards. It's very easy for me to be in qi status although my mind is thinking of so many things. But it is true that we need to concentrate to see the real improvement.

10:00 pm.m - 12:00 midnight. Hear the raindrops

Practiced harder at night these days. The movement at night is quite different than the ones in the morning. It's mainly lying on the floor and stretch the muscles. No foot massage. I can go on to sleep afterwards without problem.

I have quite a lot of hidden white hair. Sometimes my fingers will scratch the scalp with more white hair and I am hoping this will somehow cure it. Woman does look much older with white hair and I surely don't like it. I am allergic to chemical dye and thus can only use the natural dye.

One very interesting action last night is I was lying on the floor and grabbing my hair with fingers, then pull it up so hard so that I had to raise my head. Also pushing my head down to bang on the floor (didn't hurt). This was continued for few times. I did feel good afterwards and keep hoping the white hair will turn to black. :)

A friend told me that the teacher he admires a lot is practicing this self developed gong. This teacher can cure people's problem by pressing the hand pressure points. I am sure my friend will practice harder from now on. I invited him to come over to my house to practice in the yard to compele the spinning process. He is mainly practicing at home and only for a short time.

Got bad headache again on Friday and had to come back earlier. The first thing I did when I got home was practicing in the yard. My head was sticking on the ground most of the time and it worked so well as usual.

Spent long hours practicing in this typhoon days at home. I was lying on the floor most of the time. I got problem falling asleep again and did not care too much about it. I was actually qutie happy to get up and practice again, lie on the floor... I don't feel tired at all today.

Practice again in the morning under the car port. Only scattered rain and no wind. Worked a lot on my right leg. My leg is full of finger prints. Didn't look like typhoon at all. It's raining and blowing hard now.

Introduced the self developed gong to a colleague from Australian. He had trouble in the beginning. I asked him to relax more and try to feel if there is any subtle feeling on the body. He noticed the body was leaning forward and sometimes backwards. I then asked him to try to step forward and backwards. It worked. I was wondering if this will work on Caucasians 白人. I tried to help another friend in US by email and phone. It can never work on him. I am happy now and hope he will continue the practice to improve the health.

I am going to Xinjiang for vacation with my family and three Caucasians. I'll try it again. ;-)

Back from Xinjiang!

It was a long 16 days trip and tiring. Spent four days on the horse back. Great view and it was the best among all.

Very tired after came back to Taiwan. I can't find enough time to do the practicing to recover from the trip. I used all chances to practice. In airport, airplane, in the car, in bed every night... I am depending so much on the self developed gong to get the energy back. Had dinner at around 11 p.m. and started another long day during the trip. I did good and did not feel that tired. No sore back. Had headache once and some skin allergy on my hands and 嘴破. These were all more or less cured by the exercise.

It works on all caucasians. The only thing needed is to have confidence and practice longer.

Go swimming across the Sun Moon Lake on Sunday.. need to sleep now.

Had cramp in my left 小腿 this morning when I was still asleep. Did the practice for 50 minutes this morning. I was mainly lay my back on the lawn and even did the snoring on purpose. Guess I still need more sleep.

Just before finishing, it started to massage my left 小腿. I almost forgot this incidence already. Glad about the action. It will be very bad if I have this problem during the 3K swimming.. incredible!!

三公里的游泳妳花多少時間?
我曾在泳池練過來回六十趟,游泳池應該是二十五公尺長的,花了約八十分鐘,現在好久沒練了,游不了三公里了。

那是 1.5公里了. 游日月潭沒問題. 安全措施做的很好. 我在游泳池只游800公尺. 在日月潭游很像在玩 , 很多人趴在浮條上游全程. 這次游了約兩小時. But I have a good friend helping me. 兩個浮條綁在一起, 游一游就被拉一下加速進行. Or it might take me three hours. Most people can do it within 1.5 - 2 hours. I am slow. Lots of fun.

我最喜歡在游泳池走路做自發功.

7:00 - 9:00 am, 2 hours

All the activities are over, caught up some of the work left behind, I think I will get back to normal schedule now. Some of the old problems did come back (bladder and headache) and I need to practice harder to regain the health.

Went to the balcony this morning. The lawn is still too wet and there are mosquitos. Looks like I was waiting the sun to run over the roof and shone on my body. Yes, it is a good feeling to immerse under the morning sun. I lied on the floor again after some walking. Did the streching and with some coordination with leg movement, I could massage the pain points of the back and hip area. Continued with foot massage and wonderful closing part. ha!

Need to work on the chores around the house and run some errands.

Life is getting back to normal and I got enough sleep during the two weekend days.

Practiced for two hours again on Sunday. Hope my rough and dark skin will get better again.

I was watching the discovery and at the same time practiced on the marble floor last night for almost two hours. The floor is cool and hard. There is advantage of hard floor. It's very good to fix my back pain problem by lying down. Looks like I am getting much easier life than some people who had to make the spinning all the time. I am always on the floor and had some good stretches, then fall asleep. ;-)

Worked quite hard during the typhoon weekend. I was on the floor most of the time. It can really press some parts near the 太陽穴, around eyes, back bone, hip bone and even my right hand pinky. I know it is curing the sore part of the body, but it sure hurts and almost burst into tears.

One action I like a lot is pulling the hair. It's hard to tell if some of my white hair turned darker or not, but there is hope!

I almost do not need to use the lotion now. My hands will rub the skin once in a while and it works as well.

This has become my favorite activity but it's not easy to find the time long enough to really enjoy it. I am a morning person but can have at most one hour to do the exercise in the morning. I always fall asleep if doing it at night. The actions also changes with location. I am having back pain again after the long trip. I can always find a good position to press on the hurt part of my back and hip bones.

My son came back home on his third day of bike ride around Taiwan. He was sore all over and hard to walk. This is the first time he agreed to practice with me. But, too bad. He didn't move at all. I then tried to do the massage for him. It hurt him quite a bit but claimed no actual help on the second day. I think the best way is if he practices by himself.

It's excellent to exercise under the comfortable autumn morning sun. Still lie on the ground and worked a lot on my head, hair and some on my back and bladder. All are areas to be improved. I often check the mirror and see if some of the areas of the hair has turned to black.. not easy to tell yet, but look forward to it.

Talked till too late with my son last night. He just came back from cyclilng around Taiwan and has a lot to share. It passed my usual bed time and I had trouble going to sleep as expected. The difference now is I am not worried. I got up and read some more and I knew even if I don't really fall asleep I will not feel tired if I work on the gon in bed. Looks like I did fall asleep within 15 minutes afterwards.

Went to a seminar by Dr. 許添盛 in Chia Yi two weeks ago. He is using 塞斯心法 to help people in dealing with the disease. This group is called 新時代協會. You can find the information through http://www.cnas.org.tw/

The main theory is our body can cure ourselves. If there is any disease, cancer, high pressure, whatever, it is related to our mind.. I find it similar to this self developed gong that we can cure ourselves and Seth is more from the spirit direction. It can be used together with the 自發功. I am glad to have the chance to know both. I am blessed as we all are. It's not just for the health but enlighten the life.

Joined old colleagues' trip, went to 桃源谷步道 and other trails. Got up at 4 or 5 or 6 o'clock every day to get ready for the challenge. I am slow so I had to keep on walking without taking any rest. The view is too pretty to walk in this way. Should have stopped to enjoy once in a while. Big meadow on the mountain top and overlook the ocean.. I did't know Taiwan has such pretty place. Amazing.. Got too tired and had to jump into the hot spring to cure the sore feet many times when we got back to the hotel.

I finaly made it home and was really exhausted. The first thing I wanted to do is the qi gong. Guess I was too tired and didn't move around too much. Tried again this morning in the balcony. Started the massage on left leg after some stretching and felt really good.

Met a guy in the trip. He learned massage many years and mentioned it is important to relax the muscle of the whole body before doing the foot massage. I noticed this is what is happened on my sequence. I always have the foot massage at the later stage in daily morning practice. The good thing is we don't need to learn and yet get the best way. My body sensed that this is the first priority and did the stretching first. Time to practice now.
