哇 破萬了!!

Didn’t get on line for quite a while now. Spent some time to read the diaries I missed. The video about Aura introduced is quite interesting.

Practiced in the car port in the morning as the lawn is always quite wet these weeks. This year is unusually cooler than before. Sat next to the pillar after some deep bending. Worked on my spins!! The gravel pillar works excellent to hit the hurt spots by rubbing against it. I also noticed the skin on my left leg is much better now. This is quite a surprise. Hope the white hair will improve. I think some did turn darker but a lot of the black hair also turned into white.. sad. The work on my right leg continues. Bending the toes, massage on the sole, on the whole leg, etc. I am looking forward to a better future in walking.. I also try to relax more during work so that the tiredness won’t build up too much by the end of the day.

Tried this few times and it works well.

I always get stiff neck by the end of the day at work. I try to relax by clearing the mind.. Have the heavy feeling on my feet, hands and neck. This is a great way of relaxation and regain some energy.

I really enjoy when I am not moving during practice. With some concentration, and try to see the subtle change of the body.. I know the qi is moving even when I don't need to do anything. Quite an easy way of exercise.. ;-)

It's becoming a routine.

When I practice at night indoors, I'll lay on the floor right away and always fall alseep after a while.

Work on the spine when practice in the early morning. Sit down and lean on the pillar. Rub the spine against it. Feel happy every time when I see the smooth skin on left leg. Guess the work on spine and right leg is more important than the white hair.. ok. I take it.

I still don't quite know why my leg got broken.
Can’t believe this would happen. My leg broke while I was jumping from the cliff during the canyoneering trip溯溪. I was playing. This was the second jump. After I did the first one, lots of people was stunned and gave me a big thumb. I always did lots of jumps in every trip. But this one was the tallest one from my experience, about 6 m high. Fell real heavy of the right leg and was not able to move. From my past experience.. it's broken. No one actually believe it since I didn't hit anything but water. Maybe I bent the leg too much and the whole thigh hit the water. The group took about three hours to rescue me from the creek. I have a steel plate and 10 nails on my thigh now.

Been home for a while and mom is here helping me. I am counting on the qi gong to help recovering. I could do it when I was sitting in the hospital bed. Now sitting outside against the pillar again with lots of massage, slapping, etc. on my right leg. The total was about 3 hours in two sections. Felt very good afterwards. Both myspine and leg are hurting a lot.

Need to accept the age and no more jumping from high cliff now.

I am working on my mom to practice with me.

Continue the daily routine.
Sit on the ground and lean on the pillar. Early morning wind is very comfortable. Fall is close.

Started with some quiet sitting and rubbing of my face, stomach.. then started the massage of the broken leg. I would scratch the whole leg with my fingers till it's all read, but no harm on the skin. The bruise on the thigh is gradaully healed. Then lay on the ground for a good stretch of the hands.. plus the rubbing of my spine on the pillar.

Got up with big pain on my leg and back, felt refreshed after this practice.

Back to work after two weeks of rest - with wheel chair. Got tired very easy even in the meetings.. Need to raise my foot high with the help of wheel chair.

The only thing I do after got home is rest. Went to bed too early and so will wake up at around 3 or 4 oclock in the morning from the pain of back and knee. I just went to the floor and started to practice for two, three hours. The qi knows how to move the body and leg without hurting it. The massage on the back, hip and foot really helps.

Went to the carport when the day breaks. I tried standing up and pratice through the help of the crutch (拐杖). Tried to get the sun shining on my body.. then started to walk slowing with some pressure on the right foot.. Although doctor told me not to put any pressure within a month.. I think the healing process through qi is started. Even tried very slow spinning and some moving on the hip.. these all made me excited and always feel refreshed afterwards.

Two hours in the morning and one hour in the afternoon.

Cool in this typhoon weather. I lay on the floor as usual and experienced the strongest qi feeling.

Mostly with 大 shape of the body and hardly moving. The feeling is strong when I am really concentrate. That means let the thoughts go out. It's like I was nailed on the ground with different kind of senses.. including h eavy arms, heavy legs, in the chest, sometimes feel like there was cotton passing through my legs, some pulse in the leg, in the stomch. Sometimes with hard breathing. I could also feel the qi was trying to go through the knee part of my right leg. Can't wait to see the x-ray result when I see the doctor in a week.

Since I got no place to go to, I am using lots of time for practice during the weekend.

I would say this is the best way to get the strengh back. I lay on the floor for most of my practice. So anyone can practice this qi gong.. people seriously ill or have trouble standing up. You just need to believe it and work on it.

There were moment, the qi on my broken leg was so strong and tried to get through..that I needed to stop to ease the pain. The tries of standing up and bending the leg on the knee side is on going. Doesn't matter what the movement is, it's going to do no harm to my leg and will stop at the right time. This private doctor is always there when I am ready. Wow..

Always awaken by the pain on knee and lower back. Had to move down from bed to the floor and start the qi gong to ease the pain. It does help.

Got up early enough to watch the sun rise today. Always like the warm morning sun and breathe the fresh air. Continue with the practice in the yard. Standing up with the help of crutch. The actions include swinging leg, walking, slow spinning.

The morning and evening practice of about 2-3 hours has become a daily routine. I’ve depended so much on it for the health recovery.

One thing happened and that scared me. I was ready to leave for an activity but the qi on my hands and head were very strong. I almost could not control myself. Felt like I was going to have stroke. Drove to town and switched to a small bus.. the qi was still there, couldn't get out from my fingers. It was good that they got a wheel chair for me after got to the destination. I couldn't stand the strong sun and asked the kids to push me to the shade.. when I tried to stand up, my eyes got blurred and hard to see things. my mind was very clear though. It still bothered me when we had lunch. I could hardly pick the food. told the girl I didn't feel good and asked her to get some food for me. I tried to put my bare foot on the grass to get the qi out.. finally got better after 8 hours of struggle.

Called a good website friend and he suggests to do a better收功. Also use the意念 to bring the qi go down to the feet. I should also start to combine the self developed gong with meditation.

Got quite depressed sometimes.. The healing process is so long and every morning wake up in pain.

我的舅舅也住在佳里,他右腳第二趾因為糖尿病截掉,(藍石一定知道這是那個經絡出問題了...)
我嘗試著教他發功,但他只有扭腰動作,
因為他的腳必須避免傷口,實在也不太敢建議他倒退走,
若是可以不經過前面的走動與旋轉而能有較強的氣動,應該能有助於他持續練功,
因此特來請教...

實在不記得怎麼開始的 得回去找日記
我小兒麻痺症並不嚴重 走路沒問題 跑就不好看了 轉也沒問題
不過是躺了好幾個月後才倒退走跟旋轉
我婆婆91歲只是手在晃 從未有其他動作 不過他可能有在控制
我現在腳斷了 有時拿拐杖也會很慢的轉
大部分都是躺著練 獲益良多
可以跟你舅舅見面 切磋一下練功心得

Due to lack of exercise, I am having more back pain after sitting on the wheel chair for the whole day at work. My sister in law is a Chinese medicine doctor. She suggests me to use the 輪棒 to help relieve the pain.

Well, I comebined the self devloped gong and 輪棒 together. It works well. I learned yoga for about a year beore and know how to do with it. But I let the qi to lead. Other than the movements I know, there are also something new. The best is it knows how to work on my problem leg and use the proper strenth so my leg won't be hurt. What more can I expect?

Got real tired after visiting a musical friend. Went to the bedroom and practiced. Slept on the floor and with some movement to press the ache points on my back.. got better in half an hour.

Good news: talked to a college about this gong and practiced a little in my office during lunch hour. She then started the practice at home and excited to share with me of her new movements. Hope she will continue.

Now go back to my leg. Not very good. The healing is not even observed, a small crack came out. Dr. mentioned I should not use any force on this leg. I went home with big disappointment. Maybe is due to the lost of confidence, the pain from back and hip increased more and more. I had to lie down right away after got home and couldn’t get up at all. Called 阿水 again for help. We never met in person but he is such a nice guy and always gives me the qi through space and gives me some good advice. I am much better now.

When I did the practice outside standing up, the qi was leading me to circulate and tried to make me walk. I think maybe the force put on the leg was too strong. I am very careful during practice now and will not let it happen again.

這實在也是練功時的麻煩處...
常不知道氣動到底會不會反倒傷了身體...
許多人提到先是傷了,卻又快速被治好
難道真的是天蠶變,得先置之於死地而後生?
放給它去,實在怕後果不堪承擔...
意識小心防範,卻又擔心或許氣的作為才是最佳的形式...
意識干擾說不定反而慢...
正如許多人怕旋轉,強行不轉,卻老是因為沒轉夠,就卡在那裡...

無論如何,別氣餒∼

不是因為經絡出問題,而是因為吃了害人的西藥出問題,糖尿病西藥就是一種欺騙型的藥,把糖往身體的下半身沉澱,表面上看起來吃了西藥好像血糖降低了,實際上,因為測量血糖的機器用的是手指的血,所以表面上降低了,實際上都沉到腳底。

結論是,糖尿病西藥繼續在吃下去,腳會繼續爛,最後會只剩下上半身....

如果腳爛掉的話,用黑糖灑在上面,是最好的方法,絕對比割掉好太多了。

但是究竟之道,還是要丟掉騙人的西藥。

Thanks for the encouragement. I just saw the message. I was also thinking this maybe what it meant. 置之於死地而後生. But I am also afraid I will need to use the crutch for life. I am still practicing hard, but will not use the crutch while standing up, so no force will be placed on the leg. I want to be a good patient.

For your uncle, I believe this is a very good practice for the health. You don't need to stand or circulate. I am mainly sitting or lay down on the floor and my right leg always get very warm afterwards, even in this cold weather. When I went to the 鐘錶店 the other day, the boss told me, his one leg is similar to my bad leg and another leg is totally paralyzed. He never does any exercise. I went home and ordered the book of self developed gong and brought to him. AS I know this is the best exercise for people with polio.

Went to see different doctors for more opinions. The estimated healing has increased to 6 months or 8-9 months. I don't mind if they will do the operation again to speed it up.

Usually standing in the yard and try to catch the morning sun to start the leaning actions.. right, left or forward.. with the help of herbal pad, the sore has improved a lot. I also noticed when I did the massage on the knee side, I will massage the 四方肌 a lot. Doctor told me I have to massage this place to help future walking without the crutch. This is kind of proving that all actions has it's meaning. A lot of times it's well beyond our knowledge.

Freind gave me the tapes of Dr. 許添盛 about賽斯theory. I am listening to it a lot during the drive to work. The sickness is a reflection from the deepest of your spritual life, even the accident.. although I dived on my own will??, who knows. There is something in my mind that I need to dig through. I am gradually used to the sudden change from the very active life to sitting at home and still find the time is not enough. Many books to read and I have a new keyboard to play the music with.

My relationship with my mother in law and sister in laws is at the best status now. Sister in law is a Chinese medicine doctor and she is the one I count on a lot. All the old problems come back these days, allergy, bladder, even bad diziness (this never happened before).. she is the one to give me the treatment with pad, herbal medicine, archipunctual, etc. For this, I am blessed. My son came home last weekend, we had very good conversation and enjoyed the time together. I will be nice to my husband from his next trip home. He'll be home more often now as the assignment is in both Taiwan and China.

頭髮黑一點了!
Got many good news these two days.

I went for the hair cut yesterday. The hair dresser mentioned I got less white hair this time. It's on the back part so I can't see it. He said there usually got lots of white hair there, but it's about 50% less now and he noticed some of the hair are white in the tail, but changed to black on the root part.. wow.. I told him I am doing the self developed gong.

A good friend to me to see another doctor, a famous one. We told them who introduced him to us. With this relationship he spent more time to diagonize my situation. Guess what? the crack in my bone was due to there was small space between the steel plate and the bone. With time goes on, it is nature that the bone will cling to the steel, so the other part of the bone is forced to open up. It wasn't because I put too much force on my lef. I was worrited that it happend during my qi gong practice. Although this incidence might take me three more month to be healed, but I regain the confidence with this qi gong. Time to practice now.

Practiced in the yard under the warm winter sun with lots of bending, twisting of the upper body. This is what I really need to easy the pain from walking with the crutch. I can stand with one leg for quite a long time with just a little support from the other leg. The sun feels too good, I then decided to read Obama’s autobiography outside and sat on blanket. Although I am not in the qi gong status anymore, but my hands will massage the legs or stomach once in a while. Why not? Feel good and may be it’s because I am concentrating in reading.
